Why do I puke more than once when I've been drunk?

So I've been drinking and it becomes like I drink water and I puke right away. So it's like what's the point of puking if I can't get rid of all the toxicant in one go. I end up just puking whatever I put in. I assume puking is good but yeah I don't get the point if it can't be just a one time thing.

Your stomach ain't ready for it yet. Vomiting forces the usual flow of what you've taken in to flow to the reverse direction and dragging things, like the acids in your stomach, with it.

It's quite a shock for the body. Depending on the severity of the vomiting, it can take a little, until it's ready to 'take in' again.

IANAD this is just what i experienced myself with vomiting in the past and what my brain made out of it.

I installed it and will try it out. Android 15 Beta made it slightly difficult to give some permissions. I'll have to figure it out first.

I have Shikuzu installed, curious to see how it enhances it. I only found a few apps that use Shikuzu, most of them also from Shikuzu's developer.

If they want it to be a wildlife bridge, they shouldn't let people on it.

Animals do get around during daylight also, are they supposed to wait for nighttime to cross?

Wildlife keeps its distance from humans.

Edit: when i read about this a few years ago, i was sure it would be a wildlife only bridge. Humans have enough ways to get around. This doesn't make sense.

You're right, these are good news and it is better than nothing anyway. It's just a little depressing when these kinds of projects always take so long to be realized.

Could also maybe have made a mock-up highlighting some wildlife crossing the bridge, which allegedly is the purpose of this bridge.

I know, i sound like a deer using lemmy. I don't know myself, why this irritated me.

Look into his eyes. I don't see the eyes of a broken soul, i see optimism and a sane mind. This man also has immense will power.

I really don't know how well i would handle being forced to fight in a war, being held captive or killing any human. I don't know how much of my mind would make it out sane.

I like to think that the ghost in the machine emerged after the glitch. Maybe a small spark caused by the glitch. Coincidentally Voyager was flying through a Interplanetary dust cloud , loaden with cosmic partcles, one particle was touched by the spark and voila: a new lifeform is created.

It's astonishing how our politicians do everything else, but to finally reform the tax system.

That's because there's nothing to reform, it's working just as intended.

They just have to keep the population busy, distracted by lots of flashes and bangs, so we all just continue to manage our own lives, without standing up against this shit.

This is so normalized around the world, you can't even guess what country I'm from, from what i wrote.

It surely means something, when this was said by the American President and it definitely means more than what other countries said.

America is THE Ally for Israel.

Just like Germany, America can't just drop Support for Israel. It's the first time, one of the 2 "never turn by back to Israel" supporters made such a remark.

Other countries saying something is like other kids in school talking about you.

USA or Germany saying something is like Mom or Dad coming into your room and saying it to your face.

I see what you meant now and these are all facts that i agree overall.

There are also European elections coming up. Together with the presidential election, the results will influence the 2 wars we have going on.

But I'm afraid, the only choices are:

  • Everything continues like it is now

& I feel like we are straying far away from:
