I don't know about you, but politely asking someone not to do something while simultaneously giving them as much money and tools as possible to do it seems counterproductive.
#Palestine / Visual Evidence Shows Illegal Settler Construction in West Bank Surging
A Wall Street Journal investigation found that since Oct. 7, Israeli settlers have been rapidly building illegal roads and outposts across the West Bank. This work is sometimes done under armed guard with funding from the Israeli government.

"Additionally, last week, the head of the Israel Defense Forces Central Command signed an order that will allow an unauthorized outpost in the West Bank to become a large urban settlement. If the order is implemented, the Mitzpeh Yehuda outpost, near Ma'aleh Adumim, will become a city named Mishmar Yehuda. "

A special report by Yesh Din about the overly permissive open-fire regulations provide legal cover for killing Palestinians without justification under law enforcement standards that should govern such situations distinct from warfare. This applies to the entire Israeli security establishment, from soldiers to legal systems, who adopted a criminal disregard for Palestinian lives by blurring the lines between civilians/combatants and law enforcement/warfare scenarios.

According to him, "from the beginning we said that we are against the killing of innocents on both sides, but the other Zionist side enjoys the killing."
