Basic blender went bad (motor ran but spindle wasn't rotating). I wanted to disassemble to see if it could be repaired. Three of the four screws were Phillips head. I had to cut the casing open in order to discover why I couldn't unscrew the fourth. It was a slotted spanner.

I still don't understand why Polish police didn't fine and tow the blockers. It's illegal in Poland to park on or block roads with vehicles. It's not a serious crime in Polish law, but still police should fine for example for failure to let another vehicle or road user enter the traffic (PLN 300) or stopping or parking on a motorway or expressway in a place other than a designated place (also PLN 300)
