    Well the Saudis have been using US made weapons the entire time. The idea that "we'll quit bombing you" is a good bargaining chip when the bombs are not going to stop is optimistic at best.

    It all goes back to slavery. The South has lower population and wouldn't sign the constitution unless they had a handicap to ensure they were able to keep owning people.
