Minor point… at any time a property owner or an agent thereof can ask you to leave and your trespassing at that point.

As far as civil liberties, the reasons can’t be that you’re a protected class. But that’s about it. Generally, it’s really hard to prove that the rules are being unfairly applied to begin with, and then there are a lot of ways around that. it’s really hard to prove racism for some of those ways (“suspicious”=hoodie, for example.)

It also wouldn’t have passed without some dem support; and it might pass the senate simply because they don’t want to be seen as “antisemitic” (also they don’t want to lose all that campaign funding.)

To add what prune said, it can be some what inconsistent. Women aren’t robots.

My ex had periods that were frequently +- a week or so, and my current GF is regular enough to freak out over a couple days.

There’s also things that can cause skipped periods that have nothing to do with pregnancy- intensive physical training or stress.

Amendments to the constitution are part of the constitution. saying it "includes the constitution" and then omitting it, its fair to say it omits things. Yeah, it's a bit clickbaity but it's not wrong.
