We need far more than a wealth tax, which would merely be a bandage over a gaping wound. The wealthy need to be abolished. They are the primary cause of the climate crisis and the ongoing conflicts throughout the world. And as long as a wealthy class persists, there will always be impoverished classes suffering relative to them.

To absolutely no one’s surprise, Trump’s USD 175 million bond payment is a fraud too.

In New York, a company which offers a bond, cannot offer a bond worth more than 10 percent of the company’s own value, and Knight Specialty Insurance does not live up to that requirement — in fact, if the company ends up having to pay the bond, the bond is worth more than the company, meaning they would not be able to pay.

Trump now has 10 days to come up with a new solution.

    The only major religious category experiencing widespread growth today is the religiously unaffiliated – and these folks report that they're NOT looking for a new religious home. Around a fourth of Americans identify as religiously unaffiliated in 2023, a 5 percentage point increase from 2013.

    @wdlindsy 1) Listen 2016 & 2020, they used subliminal remarks to try to get tfg elected. I talked to one American priest from Poland during Covid who didn’t want to get vaccinated, even though the pope promoted it, and invited people to the Vatican for Covid shots. He had to fly so he had to. This was the beginning of my disassociation with this church. 80% of our 6000 members are older. I couldn’t understand not wanting to protect the flock. Now I think it’s only a political prayer

    @wdlindsy 2) I was a CCD instructor when we came back in 2021. I told them I would not participate. If they wouldn’t wear masks I go to the sign-up meeting me and one other were only ones wearing masks. After the first class a week later, many of the children got sick, UNNECESSARILY. They had to cancel class the following weeks. The woman in charge got Covid and passed away a few weeks later. Why? Why? It’s a piece of cloth over your face to protect yourself and others.

    @luckytran In SC just wants us to die. He never had time to address Covid, he went right from closed to open and thousands of people died who didn’t need to. Including 13 people NMB to Ducks for a shag party that was supposed to be canceled. One guy in the band died as well as one having a heart attack shortly thereafter.     @wdlindsy That’s the sad part of it all, isn’t it. And when you ask them why they would ever vote for a man like that they can’t articulate a reason. They don’t see that he didn’t help them. He only helped the rich he destroyed our economy with his maladministration & total lack of caring about the COVID-19 pandemic. We are all still suffering from his attempted coup & he’s calling for another one. The people who died that day (not our heroes in blue) were conned into their deaths.

    Timothy uses his platform to rage against social programs.

    @wdlindsy I am not even a constitutional scholar, and I found it went way overboard and was ridiculous. And they alone decided that it was the only part of the 14th amendment that was not self executed. Stunning. I wish we had intelligent judges with morals and values on the court who didn’t wish to impose their will on the people.
