IOW: Trump's lawyers now argue that not only is Judge Merchan's daughter NOT covered by the gag order, but also that she SHOULD NOT be covered.

‘The express terms of the gag order do not apply in the manner claimed by the People, which they seem to acknowledge by suggesting the need to “avoid any doubt.” That the gag order has been publicly interpreted in the way that Pres Trump reads it further supports defense position on order’s meaning." As a result, there was nothing “contumacious” about soc media posts cited in footnote ofPeople’s pre-motion letter, & no “warning]” would be approp. That s partic true i light of fact defense obj to vagueness of proposed gag order in opp to People’s motion. ..Court cannot “direct” Pres Trump to do sthg that gag order does not require. Such bricfing would address, constitutional problems attendant with any additional improper restrictions on protected campaign speech—which would implicate First Amendment rights that belong to not only President Trump but also the public, see Def. Opp'n 7- 1—where the family member referenced in the pre-motion letter is actively supporting adversarial campaign speech by Pres Trump's political opponents

    @dillyd have you seen mine? They are quite extensive. This isn’t even all of the varieties.

    I number each toot and hashtag the first one and occasionally subsequent ones. All you have to do is click on a toot to see which thread it is.

    The reporters also name the judge and lawyers in each toot, so how hard is that to figure out?

    @GottaLaff NFL - I recommend the "Art of the Deal" episode of "If Books Could Kill." They explain in it that Trump basically admits to a whole bunch of fraud. This is a great podcast in general. 5 stars.
