That's not even touching on the glaring fact that this anti-crypto sentiment is propped up by those who stand to benefit from downplaying its utility - until they've got all their plans ready to fire, of course. The same is true of cannabis these days, and (for those that read) was the same for alcohol only a little while ago, and tobacco before that. There is nothing in this current timeline that will be allowed to attack the economic power dynamic, much less correct it. This hype is as much a pre-packaged and deftly engineered product as the military-sports complex is, but where is the conversation on that, citizens? 🤷🏽‍♂️

To be fair, that's privileged AF for you to state that. Students of non-white backgrounds are treated dramatically worse when it comes to school punishments, suspensions, expulsions, etc. Hell, US teachers are twice as likely to reprimand black kindergartners than their white peers. Yes, kindergartners. Systemic racism is systemic, FFS.

Side note, when you're watching something again, try looking where the piece isn't focusing your attention. I don't mean just in mysteries or similar, I mean take in the extras and see the world around the focus. Many times, it might take you out a bit, but you just might catch something entertaining. Personally, having enjoyed doing some work as an extra, I like seeing the normal people on set. Most of the time, they're doing what they're asked to, but every so often, there's a gem: a little kid can't help but look at the camera, or someone misses their mark, or there's a Starfucks cup the crew forgot. 🤓
