Wait.

A WIRED thermostat is only an option for newly constructed houses? Dude you're using a wireless one. You think wireless thermostats were invented in 1895 or something?

You and apparently everyone else.

Zealot Barbarians at higher levels become immune to death to a certain extent. You can knock them down to 0 HP and they can still keep fighting. But at that point you're at a fairly high level and level 1 spells like sleep should be completely behind you. But the zealot barbarian, despite being partially immune to death at that point, has such a low amount of HP that they're vulnerable to the sleep spell. While killing a zealot barbarian becomes difficult in that state, you could put them to sleep with a simple level 1 spell. Their rage ends and then they're dead.

Oh my god really? Oh thank you so much! I just had to start doing it! Holy shit! Incredible! Astounding! You will surely be rich and famous. Have you heard of Oprah? Talk to her! Maybe she can give you your own show with nonsensical useless opinions that demonstrate a complete lack of knowledge on the subject and a tacit hostility to anything you don't understand!

Pick a random direction to off and proceed to fuck in that direction, please.

Leaked NYT Gaza Memo Tells Journalists to Avoid Words “Genocide,” “Ethnic Cleansing,” and “Occupied Territory” ( theintercept.com )

The New York Times instructed journalists covering Israel’s war on the Gaza Strip to restrict the use of the terms “genocide” and “ethnic cleansing” and to “avoid” using the phrase “occupied territory” when describing Palestinian land, according to a copy of an internal memo obtained by The Intercept....

Despite the memo’s framing as an effort to not employ incendiary language to describe killings “on all sides,” in the Times reporting on the Gaza war, such language has been used repeatedly to describe attacks against Israelis by Palestinians and almost never in the case of Israel’s large-scale killing of Palestinians.

Thank you for bolding it because it is the only relevant part of the article. If they wanna use scaled back language then fine, I have no real issue with that but if you're breaking those rules for one side and upholding them for another then you're just a hot pile of biased bullshit.

Just recently moved and I don't have a roommate here yet. He's moving in at the end of the month. It's just me and my cat and I'm incredibly lonely. I'm lying in bed feeling like shit and depressed right now and she's on her lil bed attached to my bed because she might as well be a fuzzy shadow. Can honestly say I'd have killed myself without her because she's the only reason I'm not dead right now

Lemmyverse historical data? ( data.lemmyverse.net )

I am interested in checking out the historical growth of a particular community. Lemmy Explorer crawls for data about the Lemmyverse every 24 hours or something, and that data is made available on their website. But I can only find where to download the latest data. Is there somewhere that I can find historical data? Does Lemmy...

Nope, not a community I've ever posted in. I deleted my ST.W account in January.
