Good morning! It’s the last day of the #TrumpTrial before jury #deliberations.
Today Justice #Merchan will give #JuryInstructions. Then they will discuss the case among themselves for the first time; they have not been allowed to even discuss it w/each other as yet.

Closing arguments took place yesterday, & the lawyers will have no further opportunity to address the jurors before they determine whether #Trump is #guilty or not guilty of 34 felonies.

@Nonilex in the juries I have been on reasonable doubt meant the defense offered a plausible scenario for what might have happened, for like 100 things with no unifying storyline except that is a wonderful family man who never would have made payments.

Sounds a bit like 18.5 minute gap ala Rose Mary Woods on steroids. Not plausible, not believable. Smoke and mirrors.

@tzimmer_history i traveled to Berkeley daily during the height of the demonstrations. Even during People's Park one could avoid any confrontation by avoiding a several block area. The press covered the most sensational, but it was far from the whole story. Later in life I had the opportunity to take a small (12 person) seminar at SSU from Mario Savio. I think of the jurors. They'll be think damn that Stormy is tough. The women maybe more sympathetic but the men could be thinking of their sisters or daughters. Me her being inconsistent given the circumstanced makes me find her more credible. The fact she was always trying to thread the needle depending on the audience. And protect her daughter....serious miscalculation by the defendants attorney...

Access Hollywood was terrible. This makes my skin crawl. Michael Cohen has lots of amends to pay.
