I think people are not accounting for the possibility that SCOTUS wants to write the 1512 opinion before they write the immunity one. They could overturn 1512 on several grounds:

  1. Application to Jan6
  2. Documentary requirement [what is actually b4 them]
  3. Corrupt purpose

Bullets 2 and 3 should not affect Trump's charges.

Bullet 1 would throw out hundreds of Jan6 felonies and half of Trump's charges.

The happened just after 5PM at a city park featuring a rec area w/nonslip surface where people can turn on sprays & fountains to play. The attack appeared random. The shooter drove up to the park, walked to the splash pad & fired as many as 28X, stopping mult times to reload.

Every time a new creative technology arises it's vilified, especially if it can allow more creative access to the general public.

Photographs aren't art, you just point a box at what you want to paint and it happens. It'll put painters out of work!

Same for motion pictures, sound in movies, digital photography, special effects, CGI, photoshop, camera phones...

AI is a tool, and it does democratize image making to some extent, and it will impact the industry. Like all the rest.

Good luck, @GottaLaff, with your PODs. We had a less than stellar experience with them.

Late drop off, late delivery, high pressure sales to use their unloading crew (4 hours late, only 2 of 3 showed up, and did a terrible job), and worst of all, their storage service must have been in the Mojave because a number of plastic storage boxes were heat damaged and melted, several leather items ruined, damaged appliances, candles were puddles.

I wouldn't use them again. Watch them carefully.
