it's still unfathomable that trump was "allowed" (I know it was "legal", don't point that out) to pardon his literal partners-in-crime. He basically has already self-pardoned himself by proxy by allowing these traitors to walk free.

Honestly even if Biden "wins" it won't matter at all to people on both sides. Even if Biden "wins" it's still going to remind his voters that he's way too old. And for trump voters, trump could walk up there and vomit on himself and they'd cheer him on as their leader.

Ok I will totally admit that, especially when during DEI discussions or other similar meetings, when my brain is about to say "woman" I can freak out and over-correct and I have absolutely said "females".

I used to say "boys and girls", even my female wife says "girls" is fine, but 1 time in 2009 I got yelled at for using "girls" and I have never recovered.

Husqvarna 115H! It's down to like $600 now. This is going on its 3rd year doing my backyard, and its fking amazing. Once a month I trim the perimeter, but otherwise I dont have to mow most of my yard now, its always the same perfect height, the grass seems much happier with it too.

similar here - graphs like this helped the push to cut out most red meat from our menu. Emphasis "most" as we are neither vegan nor do we refuse beef items at restaurants or as guests.

but like you said, by just cutting out most beef, while allowing occasional items, would be a big step forward. We also cut out some pork, and try to get most protein from poultry and plant-protein. The reason for pork then adds seeing how terrible their conditions are and knowing how smart they are.

So, funny story, as a kid my favorite number was 8, had a few reasons that matched 8.

So I always used it in names and such. But, often it wasnt unique, so I used 88 instead. Emails, account names, even video game characters have 88 in them to this day.

In that election I actually liked/wanted McCain, and this was one of the highlights for me (looking back, rose-tinted I'm sure).

It showed that McCain was still an honest person (comparatively), and had integrity/ethics.

Everytime I look into the same thing, it's always that these dont have a great turndown to small single unit scale.

Where solar is quite modular, putting 1 or 2 of these turbines on a house, that are also not tall enough to get above all the wind blockers (other houses, trees), just won't make sense for a long time.

Looks like covering big box stores gets around several of those barriers, which is great.

short answer is that yes, it is technically possible, but the cost of capital (which hits you on returns and depreciation cost) to build the entire process and sourcing the raw material (demand for biomass) means that your final 'product cost' is higher than cheap corn ethanol, and/or investors don't see the risk vs reward they'd want to see.
