If it you it to the extreme, sure. But the foundation of losing weight in any context is calories in < calories burned.

I tried to get my dad to stop drinking soda for years when I was growing up. Dude drank 8+ cans a day. He finally quit drinking soda, and was for some reason surprised when he started losing weight. Changes as simple as that, just ordering a size down of what you normally would when you do esst fast food, etc. all can add up big time.

I think survivorship bias plays into it as well. Yeah, most the stuff on the radio today is kinda meh. Most the stuff on the radio in those days was kinda meh too. All the meh songs got forgotten, and you only remember the bangers. You've already seen it happen to 00s music and we're watching it happen with the 10s.

But yeah, it's wild how many people look at how accessible different types of music are now and just... don't go looking.

I'm not sure why this guy's so reluctant to accept something that sticking a bunch of high voltage cables in a swamp isn't something Iraq would've done in that war. I don't even mean in a "oh they did immoral things way", I mean in a "they were basically doing ACME shit the entire war" way.

Did Iraq probably heavily inflate the number killed? Absolutely. Even if they weren't trying to, they had tons of barbed wire and floating mines in that swamp, so kinda hard to distinguish what killed who when all you care about is building corpse road. But they also absolutely electrified a swamp during the battle of the marshes, and it absolutely did kill people.

Whatever meat was on sale. Fry it up in a pot. Add some bbq seasoning. Take off the heat, stir in some cheese. When that's melted, add an egg, whatever bbq/hot sauve you want. High protein tacos for cheap, lived off that for a real long time, and they're actually damn good

I think there's a chance that if he's able to stay energetic enough throughout it, it may stave off the "yeah trump tried a coup but have you considered biden old?" crowd. This election is very likely to come down to some tight numbers in a handful to states, things like that may very well matter.

It could just as easily absolutely backfire if he has a fuckup though, so it's risky as hell.
