@GottaLaff thank you for this post x 100! Those saying we need a new candidate are not serious people, and are living in an alternate reality, not only that it’s harmful to our democracy. Wake the f up people, it’s time to get behind President Biden, unless you want to live under an authoritarian government. I vote for keeping the wheels on our democracy.
@GottaLaff I’m not an American so grain of salt, but I struggle with the obvious disconnect. The choices are: 1) Support Biden and then have a chance to change the things you think need changing. 2) Don’t support Biden and potentially never get the opportunity to vote again, have no chance of changing anything, and watch things get progressively worse. That’s it. There is no grey area. (Please choose wisely bc whatever you do trickles north of the border. 😳)
This is our actual reality, yes, but our election cycle is bombarded from a million places, half misinformation, half of that disinformation, and toss in a ton of historical badness (racism especially, which non-Americans and even Americans don't realize color almost everything in our society from centuries ago). It is wild. Sorry, neighbor!
You’d like a different DEM candidate (for whatever reason)?Cool. But the election cycle has already begun, and you’re gonna get Biden. Third party candidates won’t help you, because…math.
So stop wasting time & energy complaining or wishing for something else, and work within your [existing] two party electoral system — because that’s the choice. For the ❤️ of 🇺🇸, and the rest of the 🌎. K thanks bye. 👋
A lot of these anti-Biden'ers on the left are stuck on their cognitive dissonance on having refused to vote for Clinton in the 2016 general. It would be shattering to their psyches to acknowledge their own personal role in bringing about the first mangolini regime. So they're very predisposed to blame establishment democrats for whatever is wrong in the world, and they latch onto kneejerk button-pushing slogan campaigns. Helps them avoid thinking, which might lead to painful conclusions.
@artemesia@Yup_Its_Holly And I'm one of those lefties who voted for Sanders in the primary, Clinton in the general. I generally agree with the lefties, but I don't agree with blind militance. I'm too practical for that, I guess.
@GottaLaff Our Pres. Biden is sharper than most, and gets things done. Those on the other side just can't admit that... But let them keep up with this baseless BS. That's all those against Pres. Biden can do. PS: Those on the right like to talk about the presidents age... Maybe they should start looking at themselves...? You'll find people with every fault imaginable on the republican side. Look at MTG for example. She has all of those faults...
@GottaLaff Wait is the mood due to the feeding frenzy at the recent news conference where they jumped all over him, and he shot back in response with patience visibly tested?
@GottaLaff I agree 100%. Trump is in cognitive decline on top of trying to turn America into Russia. I will vote for Biden even if he’s in a nursing home at this point
@EarthOne24 A lot of those "Bernies" were documented to be Russian trolls, FYI.
I was a Bernie voter (in the primary) who voted for Hillary. My fellow Bernie voters (in the primary) did what I did. The ones who were acting differently were often plants.
