I know that some time back when I sent a subpoena for phone records from a carrier (cannot recall which), and it advised me that the company's policy was to require a court order and not just a subpoena. That was an exception; subpoenas normally suffice.

People, please stop telling me how to write my threads.

I number each toot and hashtag the first one and occasionally subsequent ones. All you have to do is click on a toot to see which thread it is.

The reporters also name the judge and lawyers in each toot, so how hard is that to figure out?

If you can’t follow my simultaneous threads, and think you can do better, try writing your own. Let me know how that works out.

I miss thrbpush uodates from the bird app: ibused to be able to see which columns had new posts. Here, it is "pull" ... or maybe that's a setting I selected, don't recall now.
