    You are more than a little lost. We do this with plants too. Societies draw lines. This is where the line is right now. Eugenics used to be perfectly acceptable. The line moved. Eventually people will realize the AKC sets dispicable standards and the line will move a little toward breeding out unhealthy characteristics at least. There will always be Individuals like yourself that are extreme outliers. I wouldn't predict society would ever move the level of wokeness you have achieved and abandon selective pet breeding but who knows.

    I'm for both. A bit of pressure to avoid bloat and smoothly handle occasionally stressful situations is a good thing.

    I've had more issues with sketchy hdmi cables than any other type of cable. It doesn't need to be gold, but if it running more than 40 feet or in a hard to access area that you won't want to mess with ever again (wall mount TV or ceiling mounted projector for instance) get a good one.

    Run that with it for future proofing your run sure but if you know you need a n hdmi line right now it's less of a headache to just run the hdmi wire than to convert it to rj45.

    This is why an argument for simplicity doesn't really fly. Agree the US could really use a better government based health system (and yes, there is a sort of option now, but it's a mess) but saying it's simpler on a systems level isn't really true. Most countries indeed have both systems to one degree or another going on at the same time.

    English translation is pretty damn good. If you want to work on your French by all means go for it, but wouldn't do it out of concern you'd be missing something from the English version.

    Best streaming sound available but I had some skipping issues even on very good connections and options for auto Playlist generation and new music discovery was way behind other services. Great if you always knew exaewhat you wanted to hear, but I went to Tidal and their focus on quality is better than most other services but the music discovery algorithms really are quite good, I find myself more eager than ever to tune in to a streaming service.

    Price as come down on futurelite and I'm a fan of how breathable and light weight it is compared to goretex. These features might not be that important for walking in the rain, but where it really shines is packability / weight for travel or hiking.
