The point is to keep a rolling discussion. If people see something enough it enters the zeitgeist. As demonstrated when I introduced some nuanced memes to the meme community's and was immediately banned.

The troll farms know how to control the discussion and lemmy is just another the_donald but now they let past the filter some discussion because they need an audience before they can subjugate them.

Then shitposts banned me because I was "spaming" but it was all original content designed to be just as provocative as any other meme. Even more so with the response i got.

When told to slow down on the posting (after I asked if I could diversify my accounts to make it look like it was coming from unique sources) i posted one final meme 30 mins later. And that was spamming.

The left electorate evaporates when election time is over. We were unhappy in 2020 and got Biden in but when push came to shove we lost the mid terms even though we managed to halt a certain "red wave." That should have mobilized us even more but we fizzled because Biden can't do shit with a split congress.

Sorry bout the eye gouging thing but just thinking about bullshit group projects gets me worked up. It's hard to actually be mad at you because 33% of Americans don't even vote.

My thing is voting records. People hate it because it's boring and there isn't the whole drama but the dems typically vote in ways I agree with. 80% of the time I would guess. No they don't win and it's one thing to vote a way when there is a whip and you know the outcome before hand but this is how I align myself. It's also why I'm not a fan of Biden. Legislatively, voting records, we are not aligned. He has some real big stinkers on the record. If it weren't for the people around him I'd write him off too. I can't though because my people are behind him.

We see it. Right now the only thing to do is damage control. Eventually it won't be enough and climate change or some other external force will bring us to an impasse. Until then it's damage control and spreading the word.

As long as we are talking esotericlly, I think of fixed points on a primordial map. Like the fabric of everything and where the aether concentrates celestial bodies emerge. Like the backside of a cross stitch where we only see the stitch work rather than the image.

I don't know enough about black holes to speak credibly on the subject but another thought comes to mind.

Pretend there is a loading point for any fixed volume of space that when the gravity gets massive enough matter can collapse in on itself. That matter still exists but it now occupies space within matter.

In a way, but we are also different and our own experiences/thoughts belong to only us. As far as we know.

I have a story I want to tell where in our dreams we reconnect with the "tree of life" and this is our opportunity to split from combined consciousness or recombine with the singularity.

In this space we are searching and experiencing different realities, lifetimes, or similar lifetimes where only a single choice is made different, where time isnt exactly 1:1 and when we wake there are remnants of our experiences in these states. It will explain how death isn't a inevibiltiy but in this search we find where we think we want to be. It's just that it's a vast sea and the searching never truly ends.

Makes me think about how many might chose to be a cell or more complex life.
