@GottaLaff: I'm horrified by this ruling. Trump is a major threat to our national security given his handling of crucial classified information.
Having spent my engineering career working for a large defense contractor, I have some understanding of the significance of the crimes Trump was alleged to have committed in this case. That this judge could so easily dismiss this case when so much is at risk, I just can't believe the mendacity of it all.
As another commenter pointed out, this 93-page decision was clearly in work for some time. This dismissal was planned which makes it even worse.
I know we can't solve a political problem through the courts or with violence. We have to do this through the ballot box. We MUST vote out the MAGA GOP for the sake of our national security.
For a long time now it has been clear she would protect the annointed one if she could. And that the case would not be heard before the election. And that she was really corrupt and stupid.
@GottaLaff I firmly believe that this will resonate badly with any undecideds (who are these people?!) The only ones who will cheer this on is MAGA. This could help dems in the long run.

It is as serious as a heart attack, of course, but it is the kind of slapstick heart attack that would appeal to 8yr old's and involve lots of farting, dying on the toilet, and in which the first responder slips on poop and breaks their neck.

I am part of the first generation of Jews in America born after the holocaust and I feel like I’ve been waiting for this turn to happen in the US my whole life.
Hoping I was wrong but not trusting that hope.
