It was insensitive - it isn't fair to the other alley cats." (This is based on a Groucho Marx wisecrack from Duck Soup). Using Groucho's wisecracks would be devastating, and there are a lot of them.

One thing that concerns me about calls for Biden to step down: it seems most of the people saying that tend to be more conservative. Or maybe it's just the media amplifying them, since these media conglomerates really, really don't want to pay increased taxes (which is what Biden has promised to do).
14/ Biden was shaking hands, literally JOGGED back to the mic, said, "I won't forget any of this. God love ya!" and jogged back to the crowd to shake hands.
@GottaLaff I noticed after the debate that Trump shuffled off the stage as he had entered, silent, with a scowl and alone. Meanwhile, Biden stepped off the stage to talk with the CNN staff.

I'm not sure what anybody is campaigning for, really. We all know who they are. I guess trump is raising money, and Biden is raising awareness of his accomplishments. I'm mostly interested in seeing voter registration numbers, numbers of new voters, and news (not polls) about Congressional campaigns.
@GottaLaff I'm voting for Biden-Harris...again. But, the Democratic Party has never been good at strategic planning or unity...and all of this sowing division within the Party is not good for our country. So frustrating!
I saw that too - I just emailed Sen. Warner and urged him to back President Biden. I may have used the word feckless to describe this misguided mission....
@GottaLaff People like this are no small part of the reason the Democratic party has become weak enough that the nazis could rise to power on the right in the first place. Do they not realize that even if they help Trump win they'll be among the first that Trump's "anti-immigration force" suddenly arbitrarily arrests as "illegal immigrants"?
That is if Trump doesn't execute them just for being Democrats first. (He's literally floating the idea of executions...)

I hate them. I tell everyone talking about Biden dropping out that they are engaging in voter suppression. I've written letters to newspapers they don't print, natch. It's helpful at a personal level, though, or potentially so.
