Read Cory Doctorow's ( @pluralistic ) book Attack Surface (Little Brother Series #3) and when he details how much data is captured with cell towers and how many facilities have their own cell towers it's amazing to me that more of the January 6th attackers / rioters / traitors haven't been captured just from that data alone.

    It's ridiculous the contortions judges are going through for trump.... but they have to. They know that even the slightest thing will give them ammunition for appeal and they know he will and will try and make mountains out of molehills.

    This way the appeals court will look across the board and see him given all these advantages and rule against him.

    As Lucian K. Truscott says, the Alabama Supreme Court ruling that cells in a test tube are a baby and deserve the same rights that a baby has puts Republicans in a real bind.

    It does so because it tells us that "pro-life" Republicans have not ever truly meant what they claim to believe, when they say that "life" begins at conception.

    There's confusion about if this is effecting other carriers - some people think the reports of issues on other carriers are people trying to call ATT customers but nothing solid yet.

    In my experience in the entertainment industry it was some of the people I thought would be great that turned out to a-holes (not all) and the ones I thought the opposite mostly weren't.

    1991 Nick Nolte was a prince and incredibly kind to me and other crew

    Bob Hoskins was in town shooting a film and having drinks in the lobby of a hotel where I was shooting a commercial and I didn't even realize till I sat next to him. Amazingly nice and kind guy. Great laugh.
