It seems like stuff from jury selection questions that some court audience members noted. The court already blocked recording.

They remove the audience, but that's a double-edged sword since no public transparency even for reporters would fuel all of the conspiracy crap and there would be no information available to debunk. This is Trumps wet dream. Being able to spout pure fantasy with nobody to rebut.

Best solution would be for the judge to clamp down to say that he will charge anyone who leaks any jury info with contempt.

Not really. The judge has to excuse you, so you need to have a reason that the judge accepts.

Getting outted by the media in a case where any know jurors will certainly get threatened and possibly harmed is a pretty good reason.

We're not super into sports, but my younger son was curious enough that he did one season of just about everything out there. He was mostly curious and looking for something fun.

When he was 7, he tried football, and the whole thing was insane. They would 4 hour practice 6 days a week and one game. For fucking 7 year olds. This isn't college tryouts. It was a 26 hour per week commitment.

Unless your kid is some sort of 1 in a million prodigy, any parent who is going to invest this much time to have their 7 year old in local town league has got to be a bit nuts.

The parents would yell at the kids during practice for not understanding strategy of plays. Just nuts. We did the one season and noped tf out of there.

One of the things that they are filling frivolous motions about are a procedural order to limit a flood of last-minute frivolous filings to try to delay the case.

They can't really tell him to STFU because that would give him actual grounds for appeal, but they can enforce established deadlines to file stuff. Like the deadline to consider immunity that past a long time ago, which lets them immediately reject the claim now.

I don't think that anyone would actually bring the case against an individual, but a company selling any sort of device or instructions to make it easier for people could be targeted.

I would be more concerned that he would use it to launder money. For example, he can't use campaign money to pay his civil judgment, but his campaign could "rent" some space and other services from Trump corp for exorbitant amounts to raise the funds to pay the loan.
