Options for non-smart TV in UK 2024?

I am considering replacing my old 50" 1080p TV which I use with (external) Chromecast and Roku. I would like a 4K display 60" or greater but I really, really don't want any smart features. I am aware that I could purchase a commercial display to achieve this and that's my fallback option. Can anyone here make any useful...

It's probably worth going to a specialist shop and asking questions

It's extremely had to be politically neutral for a global community.

The centre of the political spectrum in one country might be left/right in another.

Then comes the extreme ideologies, are they trolling or genuine? Is that opinion considered hateful in some countries?

It's a complete minefield. Why would someone without an agenda to push even try? Most neutrals would just say 'no politics'.

[Secret History]

He will make a great villain. (Or already is from one series perspective)
Depends if you like your morally gray characters I guess.

Working now? They work in both Voyager and the default web UI, can't do much better than that?

Do they have enough seats up there without starliner to get everyone down?

I assume they could just stay up there until another Dragon/Soyuz launch if they don't trust starliner?

Are the docking adaptors male/female or interchangeable? Could they do a dragon/dragon docking manoeuvre if they all had to jump in there?

I messaged the admins on discord, it will be coming up again. Unknown ETA currently.

Small instance problems™

Good to know it's missed though 🙂

Free trials on most cloud storage providers should be free and remain forever* as long as you occasionally keep the account active.

Obviously, nothing is forever, providers might go bust, close their free tiers etc.

What was the actual issue with the insect hotel one?

Are the winners chosen by prusa or just on public votes?

Either way, I'm not sure that they should have to moderate all the entries, just the ones that win (within reason)

Newbie printer suggestions.

Would be so kind as to suggest a printer for me? I have no experience at all with 3D printers or 3D modeling. But I am super interested and have electronics and coding knowledge. I would like to print things like brackets, enclosures for custom circuit boards, organizers, keyboard plates, etc. Ideally I would like to spend...

I love my prusa mini, but if your using it for practical stuff, the size of it's build area can be limiting.

[Purchased Bambu A1 mini] Low End FDM for Miniatures, Hobby Parts, and Messing Around?

Edit 2: I purchased the Bambu A1 mini. If I regret it, there will be more chances in later years. Haha. Maybe by then I can work with resin and make the really fun minis. Thank everyone who responded for your advice and help....

I can't speak about the printer choices (I have a prusa mini), but I can talk a little about miniature printing.

At the level of detail you probably want, filament dryness is vital. Damp filament strings loads and generally doesn't print cleanly, losing you all the detail.

When you start off, you should be fine as long as you put your spools back in their bag with the dessicant pouches (could be worth buying more). But once you can, either making/getting a dry box or buying a filament dryer is probably worth it.

Buying online is probably easiest.

View down into Sidmouth, Devon

View from the top of the South Downs looking south

And then given our current weather... This one was awesome to see in person, the sunbeam rainbow was unbelievable to see. Unfortunetly in the photo you lose both some of the contrast and the sense of how **big ** the clouds were.

Weather!

Cropped (imagine this as a banner, matches our weather perfectly 😆)
