Good evening Squirrel Fans.

I was chatting with @LikeItOrLumpIt a little while ago & she was off to learn another language.

This got me thinking & while cruising the myriad byways of L-Space I found this quote that neatly sums up bot Nanny Oggs’ talent for languages & my own:

I had a doppelganger Pallas cat photo. All my co-workers agreed it looked like me. 😃

so. in January I was in a bad car accident. fractured spine, ruptured discs, cracked pelvis, broken arm. last 4 months have been v hard. tonight though I'm going back to my adult dance class for the first time. I wasn't sure I'd ever even walk properly again so this is a moment for me. a good one

A little bit jealous of generations younger than me because they might be able to see video or hear sound recordings of their grandparents whom they've never met. My paternal grandparents were both from England. I wish I could have heard them speak. By all accounts they were lovely, hard working folks.

thinking about how it's crazy that the flintstones animals allowed themselves to be subjugated I mean a few of those big dinosaurs could take down the quary heck the whole town while 10-20 sabertooth tigers ate everyone, and also that I need to be getting much more sleep
