JUST IN: The Fulton County DA's Office has moved to dismiss the appeal filed by and some of his co-defendants on Judge McAfee's denial of their motion to disqualify DA .

The Fulton County DA's Office argues that the appeal should never have been allowed to move forward in the first place b/c there is a "lack of sufficient evidence based on the explicit factual findings of the trial court."

@randahl Gag order was lifted as soon as jury was gone. Because witness and jury intimidation to influence the trial is not possible any longer. What Merchan does now with the shit Donnie throws at him is another thing.

This is by far the best news I have read in May:

Throughout the war, the US has provided 39 HIMARS systems to Ukraine. Because of their excellent range, Russia has only managed to destroy 1 system and damage 2. This leaves us with 36 systems.

However, Germany is buying 3 new systems, which brings Ukraine back to 39. But that is not all… The US is delivering an additional 40 new HIMARS systems, meaning Russia will now be under fire from 79 HIMARS systems.

Putin will lose this war.

@GottaLaff that was my big problem here. Renovation was over 4 times the house price before I even could move in... (But my one was an old ruin.) Hope, you can do a lot of things one by one, after you're in. Love takes time.

@JSharp1436 yes, we had a wet long winter and cold April. Have not seen the area so green like this year. But the little creeks in the village have already started to have less to no water. We have heavy rain showers now and then, but the ground is sandy and dries immediately. Meadows will be brown by August, I guess.

@GottaLaff Have you heard of ? Huge tax fraud in Germany, where they changed ownership of stocks and got tax refunds twice... Even cancelor Scholz envolved, and the prosecutors are blocked any way they go. When it comes to big money, my hopes for justice are lowest level.
