I am no expert, but these charges apply to Trump as a private citizen. He was not President at the time he committed the felonies. Therefore, no Presidential "immunity."
Even if he had committed them while in office, it is hard to imagine how a #SCOTUS , even one as partisan and stupid as the current one can argue that campaigning for the office give you the immunity of the office. Everyone RUNNING for President has immunity? That would be insane even by the standards of this Court.

#SCOTUS is supposed to rule this morning on #Trump’s claim that he is immune from prosecution on charges of trying to overturn the 2020 election.
The decision will determine whether & how special counsel #JackSmith’s case against Trump can proceed — although it’s unlikely a trial would happen before #Election Day. But the ruling could also set an important #precedent for how to prosecute presidents for their actions in office.

The difficulty, until the court is rebalanced & this apocalyptic travesty of a ruling is undone, is that time marches on...there will be more and more of these wannabe Kings, dictators who will step right up. We are playing by the Queensbury Rules of politics....our enemy is not, & they have now gotten control of the referees, the final round is upon us.....and it is the refs, not the voters, who will determine Nov's winner. Hope that's clear.
