That may become more consequential given ruling on presidential , which probably will lead to further delays to Trump’s trial in DC & already affected 1 of his state cases.

@Nonilex Yeah right. He couldn’t get a case off the ground after 4 years and failed to uphold the Constitution by allowing an insurrectionist to run for the highest office in the world without even charging him for it (preemptive note: the famed “J6” indictment is for fake electors, not insurrection. FACT.). I’ll not hold may breath.

@Nonilex if heaven forbid he were to win couldn’t Congress initiate article 14 that the Supreme Court said Colorado couldn’t.
