I am no expert, but these charges apply to Trump as a private citizen. He was not President at the time he committed the felonies. Therefore, no Presidential "immunity."

Even if he had committed them while in office, it is hard to imagine how a , even one as partisan and stupid as the current one can argue that campaigning for the office give you the immunity of the office. Everyone RUNNING for President has immunity? That would be insane even by the standards of this Court.
