It should not take a whole presidential term to have someone tried for crimes they commited as president. Now theyll say "we can't prosecute him. What if he becomes president" and then if he loses, "but what if he runs in 2028"

Refusal to concede is just rudeness. It's not a legal requirement AFAIK.

@rbreich Phase 2 (ongoing) includes doing everything possible to discredit the electoral process itself. Maybe that could be considered phase 4 I suppose.
