    @alice @catsalad Absolutely. If I somehow do manage to nap, it leaves me groggy and irritable the rest of the day.

    @alice @catsalad The trick, for me at least, is to just lay down and not try to sleep. Set a timer for around half an hour before you lay down so that you don't sleep too long.

    @alice I seem to do that a lot of the time as well but I end up more awake than I was when I went to bed so I presume that I must have got some sleep.
