they don't look like photos to me. They look like someone with previous artistic experience newly learning to use an airbrush. Especially the man's hair.
Obviously the two people in the 1st photo "borrowed" their excess of teeth from the woman in the 2nd photo.
That explains both why their toothy smiles look much bigger than they should, and the "How could such a thing be possible?" look on the 2nd woman's face.
@futurebird I'm thinking these people were not having a good day. The dude has turned up still drunk. The woman is gritting her teeth and trying to force a smile for the picture. The whole thing has been retouched.
