@RolloTreadway@helenclayton I didn’t weigh myself for years but my obesity started causing physical problems so I made a conscious decision to lose weight last year.
@RolloTreadway@helenclayton It was helping, but then I stopped exercising and went back to eating quite thoughtlessly and I’ve regained a chunk of weight sigh
I once dreamt that I ate at a Chinese restaurant and the food was delicious. Ever since I hope to dream-visit and eat there again, but no luck so far 😅
@RolloTreadway I dreamt that Gwyneth Paltrow and Toni Collette (or someone like them) were being manipulated by a good-looking guy and his less good-looking sidekick to fight each other over who got to go out with them, then Paltrow and Collette picked me up at the station in her car, I heard the back wheel making a noise, and stupid Paltrow didn't know what an MOT was. I just managed to persuade her she'd been conned by pretty guy and to get out of the car before it exploded 🤷♀️
