@GottaLaff I was raised in communes, remote cabins and a school bus by starry eyed hippies and imprinted with their ideals. I then watched them throw it all away and vote for Reagan.
So unless you marched for peace then voted for war on Americans, we are good.
Yes, I marched/got tear-gassed for peace and continue to fight against wars. On Americans? Not sure which ones you’re referring to. But I’m a peacenik.
Let's hang out friend! 1965, first year of gen-x and damn proud to have attended five Rock Against reagan concerts in DC. I still have a bumper sticker on my motorcycle that reads "I'm already against the next war".
Funny thing, I went to UMass Boston and Billy Bulger appointed himself president of the university before I graduated. Billy, formerly the speaker of the house for the Massachusetts Senate, was the brother of Whitey Bulger, top murderous gangster on the FBIs ten most wanted for years. So, yeah, Billy supposedly signed my diploma but I can't prove that because I've never opened the envelope they mailed to me because of that potential signature.
I feel you Laffy!
