I'm amazed at how many of you seem to know what's going to happen with SCOTUS/Trump. You must all be clairvoyant.

I don't do speculation as a rule, it seems meaningless. I prefer to wait and see.

I do, however, share observations of those who have legal backgrounds because I find them interesting and more knowledgeable than most.

But I don't think they know what's going to happen either.

One thing I do know: We got a good ruling today. I'm savoring that for awhile.

Judge #Cannon granted most of defendants’ request to unredact portions of their motions for discovery. Court dismissed DOJ concerns about (i) harm to witnesses, (ii) disclosing FBI code name for a separate investig, (iii) disclosing unchrgd conduct of an indiv.

Given court's ruling & skepticism for DOJ concerns, this cd be harbinger for requiring DOJ to disclose lots more classif info to defendants. We shall see later this month #legal #documents #TrumpIndictment

I fully expect Jack Smith, at a point in the not too distant future, to seek actions/sanctions against Judge Cannon. Eleventh circuit, SCOTUS, unsure where he would go, but I am positive an extremely biased federal judge can't stand.
