@GottaLaff there are two teens from Mexico I have hired repeatedly for yard projects. They came here because drug cartel was after their families. One is an orphan. Working with them is an absolute pleasure. HARD working, talented. Take initiative, make suggestions, sometimes with a lot of hand gestures as they are learning English. All they do is go to school, work their butts off, and decline pay from ppl who have helped them.
