It does not matter whether you're poor or minority or what. In Europe we all have to suffer. And 31°C is also quite common here in summer and barely anyone as AC.

There are some edge cases where it would make sense to have a right to it (medical conditions e.g.) but besides that I think it's just an american privilege debate.

Dunno Hinge works fine for me as a guy. Not many bots and no camgirls. But compared to my gf I have to like more while she can just sit back wait for likes to come in. It's true tho that the girls liking me match better with what I'm looking for compared to the guys my gf receives. It's not like super random or proportionally less attractive girls either.

I buy ASOS e.g. and use their stuff for around 5 years. Not much of their stuff actually breaks when I am using it. So I can still give it to secondhand shops afterwards. There are so many other fast fashion brands at secondhand shops too..

The only thing where I make sure buying brands is shoes. But that kinda makes sense imo.

There is no rule set down in stone for what men have to be like and what women have to be like. I do think there are rules for what people generally ought to be like, and I admire those who display what I consider to be the universal virtues. It’s true that many young men lead lives of quiet desperation. But I don’t see how masculinity has anything to do with the solution to that.

I get the general point that gender roles should be overcome etc, but we're definitely not gonna be able to change anything by ignoring the fact that they exist and influence us on a daily basis.

Most pictures are postprocessed automatically nowadays. Beauty filters, pixel binding, HDR..

Multiple layers and filters which distort 'reality'.

And I think you are being romantic by trying to preserve a form of originality, while technology itself has never done anything else than alter our perception of the world.

As an example: There's a good reason why many kids might have thought that grandpa's reality looked black and white back then haha

How much something resembles reality in this case is subjective.

Some might even argue the AI footage looks closer to the truth than the original file.
