Nige Farage: "Brilliant Putin is the leader I most admire". This Putin apologist should be in prison, not out electioneering. We cannot have a traitor in the UK Parliament. The were far too close to the Russians. Now we face the prospect of a mini-Duma sitting in the UK Parliament under the the banner.

@JSharp1436 The problem is that according to many polls about 45% of people are undecided. Within that how many will turn out and where is their political compass? With #farage supporting Russia some may return to the #Tories or tp to the #libdems

In lighter news, GB News' pet pollster, has come out with a corking outlier of a poll showing Labour on 35% and Reform UK on 24% of the vote (mindblowingly out of step with every other pollster), which would make Nigel Farage the leader of the opposition with over 100 seats in parliament.

I am feeling very vindicated about my decision to not report seriously the findings of this 'pollster'...

Genuinely quite surprised at the number of people coming out to say throwing a milkshake at Farage was 'assault' and must never happen to politicians. I absolutely agree politicians should not be subject to violence, but there is a long, proud history of throwing foodstuffs at people as a form of protest. Intended to humiliate and ridicule, not to injure. Pleased to see Mastodon mostly agrees.
