This is just my personal thoughts, but I feel like a scientifically sound dietary restriction that is effective at weight loss means people have a better body image. Body image would improve mental health for most people seeking out keto as a diet.

I mean, the article doesn't address Israel at all. Antisemitism is deplorable, and instances of antisemitic behavior do indeed seem to be on the rise. But to equate Jews and the crimes of the Israeli state is, in fact, antisemitic. And I say this while fully condemning the genocidal actions of the IDF in Gaza. If we condemn all Jews for the crimes of a lawless militant group, we are committing the same crime of collective punishment that Israel is enacting in its full brutality.
If your soapbox is that your dad survived a genocide, and there are multiple active genocides happening globally (I didn't even specifically mention Israel), and the message you feel the need to broadcast is "don't be antisemitic", then you clearly don't give a shit about anyone who isn't Jewish.
You could even just say don't be intolerant or a bigot, but nope.
