I found a box of CD-Roms and floppy disks in my mum's basement and damnit, I want to play them! I could use emulators, DosBox or VMs but it's never quite the same as having the real thing, so between an eBay mobo and a box of old parts I managed to build my new gaming rig to cover 1990-2005....
My son still needs to figure out how to drive straight lol but he’s rocking it at Paper Mario TTYD.
I'm looking for recommendations for games to get for my retroid picket 3. I like platfirmers, metroidvania, turn based games and driving games....
when did you get it and why? how often do you use it?...
This game came with my hand-me-down DMG I got for my birthday back in 2001. Thankfully I never made it to the final level back then, pretty sure I would've tossed the game out the window after losing 50+ lives. Looking for what I should play next, recommendations welcome :)
Skipping some obvious ones like SMB/Tetris.
Repaired some broken solder joints, sanded out the biggest scuffs and polished most of the scratches out of the screen. Oh yeah, and the paint job.
I hope this isn't perceived as advertising.. I'm quite apprehensive about making this purchase and will absolutely update with my progress if/when the console arrives....
As a big Zelda hater as a kid, I skipped the series completely. I’ve been going through to experience them all in order now. I really enjoyed the first two games of the series so I expected to like this one too. What I didn’t expect is was that it really is one of the best games on the Super Nintendo if not one of the best...
I know they're insensitive and tacky, but I have to admit that a part of me misses when games ads were off the walls like this....
A callback to the PS3 early days.
Almost got all the golds!
I’m putting a lot of my old games on my steam deck by buying their PC ports whenever they go on sale....
Pocket 386 supports external accessories and will just barely run Windows 95.
