I often wonder what kind of god this must be who sent the orange windbag from heaven as the fake Christians claim. Not one I would have anything to do with.
That's not a rap sheet, it's a bragging or swagger list. Among Republicans and their base, ignoring rules, social traditions and laws without repercussion is seen as a show of power. It means they are so strong, they don't have to bow to anyone. And what they're selling is the promise that everyone who is loyal enough can share in their "wealth" of power. This is what fascists do.
Of course you are right, I just get so frustrated, because everyone - myself included - keep posting everything Trump and other GOP get away with and I'm starting to think that they & their base see it as a strange sort of unwitting support.
Given the system we have, based so heavily on, "rules and tradition" that are only followed by one of two sides in our governmental power structure...is there even a viable solution?

Someone postulated yesterday that the NYS Bragg Hush Money trial might be next up due to #trumps delay tactics with the federal charges. That’s gonna be another loser for #MangoMussolini as well. #NotNowhereTiredOfWinning
@GottaLaff My hope is that when (sadly, not if) the D.C. insurrection trial is moved, Chutkan sets or for the beginning of June, with the caveat that in the (unlikely) event the FL documents case starts in May as is currently scheduled, the DC fallback date will be August.
This will ensure at least two criminal trials before the election, and stop Cannon hogging dates she likely won't use.
Victims of bone spurs should not be made light of in this fashion, any more than victims of Down's or Fragile X syndromes should be made light of as retarded.
