@GottaLaff My hope is that when (sadly, not if) the D.C. insurrection trial is moved, Chutkan sets or for the beginning of June, with the caveat that in the (unlikely) event the FL documents case starts in May as is currently scheduled, the DC fallback date will be August.
This will ensure at least two criminal trials before the election, and stop Cannon hogging dates she likely won't use.
