@alice My opinion is that art can be defined by the artist, the observer, or in an interplay between the two. If I think I am making art, it is art. If I think I am observing art, it is art. The interaction been myself as an artist and an observer also can change things. I might think it isn't art, but someone tells me that they think it is and why, and so my view and perspective changes. Art can be a conversation with myself, a conversation amongst others, or anywhere in between.
