@GottaLaff Social media is voluntary. You can post or not post whatever the hell you want People who feel like the get to tell you what to post or not post have serious entitlement and control issues.
Maybe next time tell them, "Thank you for the job offer. Here's what I want you to pay me, & these are the benefits you'll provide. Then once I agree to work with you, you'll have some right to tell me how to post."

Thanks for linking the thread. It helps to verbalize a lot of the thoughts I, as an admitted non-expert, have been having ever since this recent thing started and the buzzwords started flying around (especially on Reddit, but Mastodon is also full of it, unfortunately).
Strange. The one person I blocked twice was also on the tech.lgbt instance. I wonder if something particular is happening over there. I wonder if they're really lgbt oriented in general, or if that's camouflage for an entire instance with another agenda?
@GottaLaff Who are these people who have infinite time and bandwidth to discuss EVERYTHING and don't have to conserve the scope of their activities to the 24 hours normally in a day? I want to live on their planet!
