@toothFAIRy indeed. And also the part where SEs didn't find their contribution to be as obvious to communicate or highlight as those of the scientists (who can present at conferences or write papers).
I am starting on an #OSS project with both scientists and SEs and I am sure the initial discussions will be "interesting" 😅🫣.
