"If you’re thinking, 'Hey, isn’t this [continued slander of E. Jean Carroll on social media] even more defamation?' you’d be correct. The question of whether Trump sexually assaulted and defamed Carroll has already been settled by a jury. It is a legal fact. Each time he denies it, he opens himself up to more exposure."
@JosephMeyer I'm not quite sure what point in Jay Kuo's statements you're referencing — but I take you to mean he's putting a noose around his neck by his courtroom behavior, and if so, that sounds right to me.
@JosephMeyer Mine, too. I think his cult followers will always see only a man who doesn't exist — "God made Trump" — but I suspect more than one independent or Republican who's not in the cult may see his behavior in the courtroom now and say, "Nope. This is not presidential material."
@deepmud Possibly. I don't dabble in predicting the future myself. Regardless of the outcome of his several trials, I'm glad to see him hauled before court and confronted with what he has done.
