@randahl Actually, she could be upheld on appeal by the Trumpy #SCOTUS, which has already essentially placed him above the law, without that reflecting negatively on Garland at all. I'd actually rate that as the highest probability, unless Roberts decides the only way to avoid real court reform is to dial it back for a little while.
