I think you're missing the point of this post, the point being that many people are going to suffer under Biden as well, and that despite Trump being worse, people shouldn't expect another Biden administration to be all that great either. And I know that Trump is worse. That's always the first thing to come out of peoples mouths the moment anyone criticizes Biden, as if I'm ignorant of that fact, as if that's some sort of significant rebuttals to criticisms of Biden or Democrats.
@Radical_EgoCom oh, I got it. I just think it's not helpful. The Biden administration did get a few things right, btw. Labor rights, right-to-repair, curbing monopolies, health system,...
It's very convenient that you left out all of the bad things Biden's done, like his failure to address income inequality in a meaningful way (typical of all politicians under capitalism), his imperialistic foreign policies ( Palestine. Also, weird how many people who support Biden don't blame him for student protesters being beaten by police, but if this had happened under Trump, all they'd do is blame him), his stimulus packages that prioritized business recovery over workers, etc.
@Radical_EgoCom I know. I just don't think any of this would have been better under a trump administration. Hence my question, do think anyone (except for the rich) would fare better?
I'm trying to criticize Biden. I'm well aware that things wouldn't be better under Trump for many people, so you can stop asking your question of whether anyone besides the rich would benefit under Trump. I get it. Everyone gets it. Trump is worse than Biden. I get it. Can people please criticize Biden without others bringing up how much worse Trump is? Is that the only way people can defend Biden? By mentioning an even worse person? That's even more reason why Biden sucks.
