The author, Huib Modderkolk, is investigative journalist. He also travelled to Russia to speak with hackers. At one point Dutch police had a good contact with somebody placed high in Russia police. They asked for help to arrest hacker from Russia. When action was taken, the russian police officer himself was arrested. The book is worth reading.
