@Strandjunker Four more words: Raise the minimum wage. Every one of the examples have enjoyed an increase of at least an order of magnitude and one achieved a two order of magnitude increase. That suggests that the minimum wage should be $70/hr or maybe more.
@Strandjunker they are taxed, but they utilise tax havens and shield their assets through other means to avoid having to pay as much as they should. Regardless, the redistribution of wealth tends to go back toward other wealthy individuals and corporations instead of it being appropriately used for social welfare for all (not just the poor who abuse the system.)
@Strandjunker Don't forget the middle management of Congress and the house of reps that helped the rich get there. We need representation for the people.

@Strandjunker The wealth of these people is a function of the holdings in the companies they founded. Tax the company. Taxing an individual's unrealized gains is a slippery slope.
