A new documentary shows how homosexual relationships exist among several animal species, and this comment from Fox News commentator Tomi Lahren, is the clear proof, that in our own species, people with insight do not want to work for Fox News.

@randahl Oooo, I have to watch this documentary.

@randahl always seemed unwise to me to go down this path with them - so what if homosexuality occurs in animals? It’s none of their damn business either way.

@mkoek I think the motivation for bringing up homosexuality in animals generally is to counter the age old “but it is unnatural” argument with simple, easy to understand facts.

@randahl I understand, but the correct answer to that is that “natural” does not necessarily mean “good” or “healthy”. If we can only do things that are natural, we should not live in houses, take medication for disease, or ever move further than a few miles from the place we were born. It's just a silly premise and if you accept it, there is an unreasonable risk of losing an absurd, irrelevant argument.

@randahl Two different things cannot possibly exist! That’s just science!

@randahl
And if animals were indeed raccoons, then there would be nothing but raccoons as far as the eye could see. It's just basic science!

Raccoons washing their food cutely in water. Raccoons chasing after crayfish. Raccoons being chubby bandits who steal your heart.

Darn you, science! Why couldn't we be in that world?
