@GottaLaff THIS I did go ahead and view,first time I saw a MSM TV news segment about the trial. It was worth it! Excellent way to present this is steady clips of exact courtroom transcripts. I wonder if historians in the future will have to describe the use of the term turd in court and why an orange turd is a significant person and why he’s described this way.

From the court transcript: "PROSECUTOR: ...at one point Ms. Daniels was asked, you know: "Did you feel anything unusual?" Now, the answer to that question was going to be: "I felt what it felt like to feel the skin of a 60-year old man. I was 27 years old. And that was a different -that was different than anything I had ever felt before."
Quote from the court transcript: JUSTICE MERCHAN: "So the track record, your client's track record speaks for itself. I cant take your word for it that he will just say, hey, I dispute the facts... So with regard to your application for me to modify the Gag Order to allow your client to respond to Ms. Daniels, that application is denied.

    The Prosecution and the Jurisprudence are doing a great job--in contrast to the defense and the defendant.

    In my mind, I'm one (hopeful) step ahead: will TFG be jailed in time for the #Elections2024, if convicted?

    I still hear #RachelMaddow's #Ultra episode where a criminal governor runs an election from jail in my mind...

    Yes, and it is normal to indict and punish a former public official, even if (s)he has been Consul or president. This is how it has been since the times of the Roman Republic. France, for instance, has had no qualms doing so.
    I thought yesterday that it would be good for the US public to be educated (for the most part) or reminded of these essential lessons of history.
    "Equal Justice Under Law" means just that ANYONE can and will be...
